CALABASAS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--On Assignment, Inc. (NYSE: ASGN) today announced the completion of the
sale of Vista Staffing Solutions, Inc. to EmCare, Inc., a subsidiary of
Envision Healthcare Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: EVHC). The closing of the sale
was effective February 1, 2015.
On Assignment also recently closed the amendment on its credit facility,
which allows the Company to move forward without limitation with the
previously announced $100 million share repurchase program. This program
was authorized by the Board of Directors on January 16, 2015 and will be
effective beginning after close of trading two days following the
Company’s next release of earnings.
