Mr. Bleibtreu is responsible for all marketing functions, including brand strategy, lead generation, media, digital communications and customer insights for Creative Circle, LLC which he joined in 2012, and for ASGN as well upon its acquisition of Creative Circle in June 2015. From 2001 to 2012, Mr. Bleibtreu was the president and founder of Creative Chaos, a media and marketing consulting company. At Creative Chaos, he aided in the launch of nine companies where he served as the start-ups’ initial chief marketing officer developing the marketing and media plans and setting the creative brand direction for each company. From 2005 to 2007, Mr. Bleibtreu and two partners launched GSTV where he served as president. GSTV pioneered digital media on gas pumps and is the largest gas station-based digital media network in the United States.

Prior to founding Creative Chaos, Mr. Bleibtreu was the senior vice president of advertising and media for Billboard Live. Before Billboard Live, Mr. Bleibtreu served as the VP of Advertising for the WB Television Network (“WB”), where he supported the launch of both WB and its shows. Prior to WB, Mr. Bleibtreu served as the director of advertising for LA Gear for five years. His role also included the management of the celebrity and athletic sponsorships with Michael Jackson, Joe Montana, Wayne Gretzky, Karl Malone and many others.

In addition to his portfolio of corporate work, he has also had a successful career as an award winning commercial and documentary director, as well as a former television production executive. His work includes helping to bring Jim Henson’s Muppet Babies to life. Mr. Bleibtreu has received Emmys, Addys and numerous other creative awards for his work. He received his B.A. with honors from the University of Southern California.
