Ms. Hawthorne has been a director on ASGN’s Board since June 2021 and has been the Chair of the Audit Committee since June 2024. Most recently, Ms. Hawthorne served as President and CEO of PS Business Parks, Inc., a publicly-traded real estate investment trust that saw double-digit growth during her tenure. Further, from December 2021 to July 2022 she agreed to support the company by acting in an interim chief operating officer capacity until the company was sold to Blackstone. Ms. Hawthorne is an experienced public company Board member and accomplished CEO and contributes to the Company’s Board her extensive experience in financial and operational strategies, capital markets, acquisitions, enterprise risk management and leadership development.
